(SPI) has developed, owned, and managed more than 35 million square feet of office, residential, hotel, and retail properties in the United States.

Management Team


President, Silverstein Properties, Inc.

Tal Kerret joined Silverstein Properties in 2011, he is now President and responsible for managing and monitoring the company’s portfolio of assets, devising strategies for growth and acting as a liaison with investors. He is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Oberon Media, the leading casual games platform and solution provider which was established in 2003. Mr. Kerret was also CEO and co-founder of RichFX, an e-commerce technology infrastructure company. He served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces for six years and holds degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Tel Aviv University.


Chief Information Officer

Sandy Jacolow joined Silverstein Properties in 2011 as Chief Information Officer. In this role, he oversees the technology initiatives that support the company’s financial, operations and development activities. Mr. Jacolow has been active in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years with a focus on the institutional advisory, property management and brokerage markets. He also possesses a unique and complementary blend of financial, accounting and technology experience.


General Manager

Tracey Boyle joined Silverstein Properties in 2012 as the General Manager of Silver Suites, responsible for the overall operations, including the day to day and strategic development of the Silver Suites business.  Prior to joining Silverstein Properties, Tracey worked as a Property and Facilities Manager with various Real Estate Management firms and financial Institutions, including Rockefeller Center and JP Morgan Chase, in the NYC area.


Director of Marketing / Business Dev.

Mathieu Schepard joined Silverstein Properties in 2012 as the Director of Marketing and Business Development of Silver Suites.  He is responsible for the marketing and leasing operations of the Silver Suites business. Prior to joining Silverstein Properties, Mathieu was the co-founder and Marketing Director of City Space Suites, as well as a manager at TechSpace, a well-known executive suite provider with several locations in New York City and California.
